About: Unpredictable as he is engaging, the songwriting of Nicholas Ellerby is as diverse as the emotions evoked by his performances. “Nothing held back” is a common review of his sets and his unique story telling and vocal range leaves little left desired. Arguably the biggest heart on the circuit, you’ve never seen a more relatable act.

Having performed as Buck Jr. for over a decade, Ellerby is no stranger to live performance and has toured Victoria, the Australian East Coast and Europe, sharing stages and line ups with the likes of Chris Wilson, Half Crown, Andrew Swift, The Resignators, Sarah McLeod, Madderlake, The Currency, Joe Camilleri, just to name a few. Festival appearances include Nightjar, Bendigo Blues and Roots and Gunn Music Acoustic.

During the COVID lockdowns Ellerby began writing and recording in his home studio and began to develop a new take on his identifiable style and sound, his latest single; “This Love” will be toured throughout late 2023. Check out his sites and socials online for updates, tickets and announcements.
